Registration Information
Registration Tips
AACN strongly encourages participants to register in advance. Badge and ticket packets
are mailed out in mid-April. If you do not receive these items prior to your departure
for Chicago, you may pick them up on-site at the Registration Desk, located in Hall
F1-F2.

Transfers
Registration may be transferred to an alternate participant. A written request is
required to complete a transfer, along with the new participant's registration form
and $25 transfer fee. If the original participant paid the AACN member rate, the
new participant must also be a member, join at the time of transfer, or pay the
difference in the rate.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing by April 8, 2008 to qualify for a refund.
A cancellation fee of $75 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks
for processing.
