CCRN, PCCN, CMC and CSC Exams:

• Online exam application is open to CCRN, PCCN, CMC and CSC certification exam candidates.
• Consult the latest edition of the Certification Exam Handbook for up-to-date eligibility requirements and policies.
• Online exam application may be used for computer based testing only - not for paper & pencil testing.
  • If you are part of a group taking a special paper & pencil exam you must submit a paper application (special paper exam applications are required for NTI and Trends).

Print and Read These Instructions Before Continuing:

1. Before you get started, please have available the following:
   • Your RN license; the name, address and phone number of an RN co-worker or supervisor who can verify your eligibility; and your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
2. Enter your Member/Customer number or e-mail address and password to log in.
   • Any initial exam candidate not already in AACN's database must register to create a new customer account.
   • Candidates who are not current AACN members will be given the opportunity to purchase membership and pay member pricing on certification.
3. Before completing Check Out, ensure that AACN has your current mailing/billing address; all correspondence will be sent to your preferred mailing address.
4. Provide your e-mail address to receive an e-mail confirmation of your application and facilitate our communication with you, in case we have questions regarding your application.
